Further, the job postings 'career services' makes that do pay well or contribute to a strong future require skills VLS does not prepare you with and are simply cold leads to nowhere. Being #1 in Environmental Law is where the buck stops on value and unless you are one of the select few that has their education paid for by their colleagues, at criminal interest rates, while the school mismanages those funds, and you happen to get lucky with personal connections on your job search you will be paying dearly, with the best years of your life for this sub-par educational experience. I love many of my classmates and professors profoundly but it is time that prospective students get a reality check. VLS has to strengthen its value proposition and lower costs while enhancing the objectivity of all its courses if it is not to sink into the same class as Florida Coastal School of Law.

This is a nice campus its too bad my visit there was unpleasant. I did not feel welcomed at all. I even spoke with some people in the admissions department. I will not return.

nice place

Amazing

I love it I want to live there how beautiful

As a VLS Grad of the last decade, I cannot in good conscious recommend VLS as a smart choice for any prospective law student. VLS is presently charging the 11th highest fees of any law school in the United States and is not delivering commensurate value to those Price Peers that aren’t outright frauds. VLS will not shepherd you into your dream job in environmental law, much more likely you will wake-up sometime in your second semester wondering why the support services you are paying for simply don’t exist. While other law schools host job and internship fairs with no less than 250 employers in the room, eager to talk to their students, you will stare blankly at a ‘career services’ email that describes the $350 a week stipend you can get for working in a middle of nowhere Museum thinking it must be a joke. The sad truth is that it is not a joke, but your life is not a joke, and it is worth more than this.
